Personal Data Protection — PDPA Singapore Standard

Protecting your privacy and the security of your personal information is an absolute commitment for SunOvaCore. This document transparently describes our data management procedures in full compliance with Singapore's PDPA.

1. Data Controller

The collection, storage, and processing of personal data obtained through the website www.sunovacore.pro are managed under the responsibility of the official platform operator:

2. Categories of Data Collected & Minimisation Principle

In accordance with technical essentiality principles, SunOvaCore strictly limits collection to information essential for operationally managing your requests:

  • Voluntarily Provided Personal Data: Your full name, email address, phone number (mobile or landline), and 6-digit postal code, entered consciously when using our contact forms, quote requests, or callback requests.
  • Anonymised Technical Metadata: Basic system information (browser type, device used, pages viewed) collected as raw statistical aggregates for server maintenance and site performance optimisation.

3. Purpose of Processing & Legal Basis

The use of your data is legally based on your explicit, free, and informed consent (Section 13 of the PDPA), formalised through the mandatory checkbox before submitting each form.

This data is processed exclusively for the following operational purposes:

  1. Technical analysis of your solar systems, preparation and transmission of your personalised maintenance quotes.
  2. Contact and follow-up of requests: By submitting your contact details, you expressly agree that a SunOvaCore technical consultant may contact you by phone or email to follow up on your technical request.
  3. Logistical organisation and planning of interventions by our technical teams across Singapore.
  4. Handling of your complaints or support requests related to your photovoltaic systems.

Anti-Profiling Guarantee: We do not use any automated evaluation, behavioural analysis, or user profiling systems.

4. Security & Absolute Prohibition of Commercial Sharing

SunOvaCore applies a strict and uncompromising confidentiality policy. Your contact data and telephone numbers will under no circumstances be sold, transferred, rented, or shared with advertising agencies, data brokers, or third-party commercial partners.

All documentation is securely and compartmentally archived on protected infrastructure located in Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region. No data transfers occur outside jurisdictions with adequate data protection standards.

5. Data Retention Period

Your information is retained only for the time strictly necessary to pursue commercial and administrative purposes:

  • For prospects (unconcluded quote requests), contact data is deleted within a maximum of 24 months from the last contact initiated by the user.
  • For active clients, data is retained for the entire duration of the contractual relationship, then archived according to legal billing obligations.
  • In case of deletion or unsubscribe request, your personal information is definitively and immediately removed from all our operational databases.

6. Your Rights & Marketing Opposition (DNC Registry)

In full compliance with Singapore's PDPA, you have complete control over your personal data:

  • Access and Correction Rights: Ability to request consultation and immediate updating of your information.
  • Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): Complete removal of your coordinates from our systems upon simple request.
  • Do Not Call (DNC) Registry Opposition: In accordance with Singapore's PDPA, we inform you of your right to register for free with the Do Not Call Registry. However, please note that by voluntarily submitting your number in our form, you expressly authorise SunOvaCore to contact you exclusively to follow up on your specific request.
